Church Provides Essential Daily Necessities to Underprivileged Residents
ACCRA, GHANA — The Headquarters of the Breakthrough Prayer Chapel International (BCPI) has demonstrated its commitment to community service by organising a charitable outreach programme aimed at supporting poor and vulnerable people in Accra.
Held under the theme “Christ Is the Answer,” the event provided essential daily necessities to individuals and families experiencing financial hardship. The initiative formed part of the church’s efforts to demonstrate the practical expression of Christian faith through compassion, generosity and service to society.
The programme attracted church leaders, members, volunteers and beneficiaries, creating an atmosphere of fellowship and encouragement. Organisers said the outreach was intended not only to provide immediate material assistance but also to remind those facing difficult circumstances that they are valued and not forgotten.

Also present was Rev. E. A. Premeh, who travelled from the BCPI Andover Branch in the United Kingdom to participate in the programme. His presence highlighted the unity and international fellowship existing among BCPI branches.
The distribution of essential items brought relief to many beneficiaries, some of whom expressed appreciation for the church’s gesture. The initiative also provided an opportunity for members of the church to engage directly with people in the wider community.
Speaking through the spirit of the event, the organisers reiterated that the message “Christ Is the Answer” is not limited to words or preaching but must also be reflected through practical acts of love and service.
The outreach comes as a reminder of the important role faith-based organisations can play in supporting communities and responding to the needs of vulnerable people.
BCPI Headquarters expressed appreciation to all church leaders, members, volunteers and supporters who contributed towards the success of the programme.

Kingdom Charity Ball: An Evening of Faith, Generosity and Celebration

On 11th July, BPCI hosted a spectacular Kingdom Charity Ball, bringing together members, friends, supporters and distinguished guests for an unforgettable evening of faith, fellowship, music and charitable giving. The event was held with a clear and compassionate purpose: to raise funds to provide food and support for poor and vulnerable children in Accra, Ghana. Beyond the elegance of the evening, the ball served as a powerful reminder that celebration can also be an opportunity to give hope and make a lasting difference in the lives of others. A major highlight of the evening was the keynote address delivered by Rev Dr Offeh, who shared an inspiring message that encouraged guests to embrace compassion, generosity and service. His contribution added depth and purpose to an evening centred on making a positive impact in the community. Guests were treated to a delicious three-course meal, creating an atmosphere of warmth and fellowship. The evening was further enhanced by lovely jazz music, which provided the perfect backdrop for guests to relax, socialise and celebrate together. A particularly meaningful part of the Kingdom Charity Ball was the special appreciation of soldiers and healthcare workers. Their courage, dedication and service to society were recognised and celebrated. The tribute was a fitting expression of gratitude to those who work tirelessly to protect, care for and serve communities, often under challenging circumstances. The spirit of generosity was evident throughout the evening. Guests came together to support the fundraising initiative, demonstrating that when people unite behind a worthy cause, their collective contribution can have a profound impact. The funds raised will help support efforts to feed children in need in Accra, Ghana, bringing nourishment, dignity and hope to young lives. BPCI recently took its community engagement to the heart of the town centre, bringing people together with a simple message of community, connection and kindness.

Loyalty Generation, the youth branch of BPCI for young people aged 12–20, recently came together to make a generous donation to our local food bank. This initiative gave our young people an opportunity to put their faith into action and show love and compassion to people in our community who may be facing difficult circumstances.
At Loyalty Generation, we believe that young people have an important role to play in making a positive difference. Through acts of kindness, service, generosity and community involvement, our young people are learning that even what may seem like a small contribution can have a meaningful impact.
The donation was made with the hope of supporting individuals and families who rely on the food bank, while also reminding our young people of the importance of looking beyond ourselves and being willing to help others.
